Working hours:
- Normal working hours will be from:
8.30am - 5.30pm Monday – Friday & 8.30am – 12.30pm Saturday - Out of Hours Emergency only service available outside these times (incl. Bank Holidays).
Visit fees:
- Normal:
- Zone 1: £12.00 + VAT.
- Zone 2: £24.00 + VAT.
- Zone 3: £36.00 + VAT.
- Zone 3+: depending on the milage traveled.
- The visit fee will be split amongst the clients in the same yard.
- Reduced visit fees may be applicable when we can combine several clients in the same area on the same day.
- OOH before 10pm: £55 + VAT; after 10pm: £70 + VAT
Vaccination fees:
- Flu vaccination: £18.16 + VAT.
- Flu/Tetanus vaccination: £23.53 + VAT.
- Tetanus vaccination: £8.25 + VAT.
- Strangles vaccination: Basic vaccination 2 X £14.81 + VAT; Revaccination: £19.89 + VAT.
- Equine Herpes (Rhinopneumonia) vaccination: £20.93 + VAT.
- EVA vaccination (stallions): £82.86 + VAT.
- Ringworm vaccination: £26.12 + VAT.
Professional fees:
- Clinical examination: £26.00 + VAT.
- Teeth standard rasp and examination: £20.00 + VAT.
- Castrate colt: £125.00 + VAT (supplements may apply for older stallions and donkeys).
- Hourly rate: £120 +VAT per hour (charged by the minute).

Introductory offer and discounts:
- By registring with us on-line, we will give you a one-off discount of £10.00 on your first invoice.
- When you pay on the day of the visit, we will give you a 5% discount on your bill.
Veterinary fees scheme for mares being inseminated with chilled semen:
- The cost of this scheme is normally £275 +VAT per cycle but a £50 discount will be given for prompt payment (within 28 days of the first examination) so the cost could be as low as £225 +VAT per cycle.
- Included in the fee: visits within zone 1 & 2 (reduced visit fees apply within zone 3 & 3+), cervical swab and smear, examine genital organs, insemination, scans, hormone injections, pregnancy diagnosis at 14 to 16 days, 24 to 28 days and 36 days.
- NOT included in the fee: clitoral swab, blood tests including EVA, EIA and Progesterone assays, lab fees, treatment for injury, illness or lameness, insurance examinations, Regumate or Ovuplant treatment, care of sick foal, surgical procedures, vaccinations, pregnancy tests after 42 days. Any sedation considered necessary for mare and/or personnel safety is NOT included. Courier costs associated with shipping semen/return of container.
